From Kuala Lumpur When you are at the KLIA Airport, you may take the flight to Kota Bharu. You will reach at the Kota Bharu Airport after 45 minutes. You need more 45 minutes to reach the Kuala Besut Jetty from Kota Bharu Airport.
If you wish to come by bus, you can take the bus at Hentian Putra bus station that stop at Kuala Besut Jetty or Jerteh. You will reach at the Kuala Besut Jetty or Jerteh after 4 to 5 hours. If you are at Jerteh, you need more 10 to 15 minutes to reach the Kuala Besut Jetty.
If you prefer to come by train, you can go to the Kuala Lumpur Sentral Railway station to take the train to Tanah Merah, Kelantan.
From Penang / Kedah You can take the bus to Kota Bharu.
From Rantau Panjang You can take the bus to Kota Bharu.
From Kota Bharu You can take the bus to Kuala Besut or Jerteh. It will take for about 45 minutes to reach the Kuala Besut Jetty.
The alternative ways is by taking a cab / taxi. You will reach the Kuala Besut Jetty faster with a higher cost.
From Kuala Terengganu You can take the bus to Kuala Besut or Jerteh. From the Kuala Terengganu bus station, you will reach the Kuala Besut Jetty within one and half hour to two hours.
The alternative ways is by taking a cab / taxi that will send you to Kuala Besut Jetty faster with a higher cost.
